The FLIRT AID CENTER is a fully-equipped
Flirt Aid training center. Our instructional staff,
including head instructor and PhD candidate
Brady Burroughs, training supervisors Katja Grillner
and Katarina Bonnevier, and our special guest affiliate
Katie Lloyd Thomas from our Newcastle branch, are able
to meet your Flirt Aid training needs, both at lay rescuer and
professional rescuer levels.Our Flirt Aid program will help give you the confidence needed to respond in an architectural emergency situation with skills that can save a life! We now offer a special ONE TIME ONLY intense training with our experienced Flirt Aid instructors, based on material toward an academic dissertation within Critical Studies in Architecture at KTH, Stockholm.
Certification is available to those who successfully complete the 2-hour course.
On this website you'll find our training manual, “I hate architecture <3: Architectural Flirtations, formerly known as critique”- where you have axcess to all material concerning the course.
Upon arrival, all participants will receive a protective training uniform and personal Flirt Aid Kit.
As the course requires active participation, participants are encouraged to dress comfortable-chic,
and be prepared to complete all tasks on site, with our expert guidance.
